The best-known beach in western Sicily, bordered on one side by Capo San Vito and on the other by Monte Monaco, leads among the rocks to the Zingaro Oriented Nature Reserve: a natural heritage rich in Mediterranean scrub and prehistoric caves that plunge into bays of a pure sea.
The reserve extends for less than 10 linear kilometers along the coast and is an intriguing and very pleasant walk in every season thanks to the panoramic views it offers, which change color with the temperatures.
